Room Sunflower can be occupied by a family or a group up to 4  persons.  It’s about 226 squared feet. It’s the only room with an arched ceiling and has a sat tv, fridge, safe and a free broadband wifi connection. Moreover, it has a comfortable luggage holder.

There is an ensuite bathroom with a set of towels per person.

For long stays (4-5 days and over) there is a washing machine available for free, after granted permission by the owner .

We clean up the room daily.

Linen are changed every 7 days, towels every 3 days, or according to the owner.

From Monday to Friday (8.00-9.30) we serve italian breakfast in our breakfast room, providing coffee(espresso or American)/cappuccino/tea, fruit juice, butter, marmalade, yogurt, croissant and fresh cakes (a different one every day ).

On Saturdays, Sundays and Bank-Holidays in the times between 7.30 and 8.00 or later than 9.30,breakfast is provided at the nearby Pasticceria Cantiani (it includes a hot beverage, a sweet or salted croissant and fruit juice).
