Room Iris can be occupied by up to two persons. It’s about 159 squared feet. It can be prepared with two twin beds or with a king size bed.

It has a sat tv, fridge, safe and a free broadband wifi connection. Moreover, it has a comfortable luggage holder.

There is an ensuite bathroom with a set of towels per person.

For long stays (4-5 days and over) there is a washing machine available for free, after granted permission by the owner .

We clean up the room daily.

Linen are changed every 7 days, towels every 3 days, or according to the owner.

From Monday to Friday (8.00-9.30) we serve italian breakfast in our breakfast room, providing coffee(espresso or American)/cappuccino/tea, fruit juice, butter, marmalade, yogurt, croissant and fresh cakes (a different one every day ).

On Saturdays, Sundays and bank-holidays as well as from 7.30 to 8.00 or later than 9.30 breakfast is provided at the nearby Pasticceria "Cantiani"(it includes hot beverage, sweet or salted croissant and fruit juice).
